Originally a carpenter by trade, he worked closely with a highly qualified team to train them with diverse skills.

As a project manager, Ben brings true passion for his work. With a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, he ensures that our clients' expectations are exceeded. Ben’s strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities make him a valuable asset to our team. Ben is also one of Shore Home Construction’s dedicated construction estimators. He plays a pivotal role in our company's success. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for precision, Ben ensures that every project begins with a solid foundation—accurate cost estimates.

Meet Ric Dagen, our dedicated Building Supervisor, and the on-site leader of our construction projects. Proudly following in both of his grandfathers' footsteps, who were both preachers and Builders, Ric has a strong background of 20+ years in all things construction from remodeling, framing, roofing and more! He has a passion for ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of quality and safety and is an indispensable member of our team.

Sabrina serves as a vital first point of contact for Shore Home Construction, dedicated to creating meaningful connections with clients from the initial inquiry to project completion and beyond. With a strong background in customer service, Sabrina genuinely cares about the people we work with and the quality of our work, making sure each project is a positive experience. Ed Townsend brings his 35+ years of experience from Banking and the financial services industry, which he has retired from. After being involved in construction industry in his younger years, he is bringing his knowledge and enthusiasm for the business, and his banking customer service expertise to the Shore Home Construction team. As an estimator for new projects, Ed enjoys meeting new people, the variety of different projects, and helping each client get through what can be a stressful time.
