Ben’s strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities make him a valuable asset to our team. Ben is also one of Shore Home Construction’s dedicated construction estimators. Proudly following in both of his grandfathers' footsteps, who were both preachers and Builders, Ric has a strong background of 20+ years in all things construction from remodeling, framing, roofing and more! He has a passion for ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of quality and safety and is an indispensable member of our team.

Ed Townsend brings his 35+ years of experience from Banking and the financial services industry, which he has retired from. After being involved in construction industry in his younger years, he is bringing his knowledge and enthusiasm for the business, and his banking customer service expertise to the Shore Home Construction team. As an estimator for new projects, Ed enjoys meeting new people, the variety of different projects, and helping each client get through what can be a stressful time.
